All catering events will require a 
$50 Non-Refundable Deposit to hold 
the date and secure your booking. 
You can use the PayPal button below to pay by credit card. You do not need a PayPal account to use your card.

If you wish to pay by mail, send us an email and I will send you the 
address  to pay by 
US Postal Service.




NOTICE:
Prices only include the food, 2 serving tables and one hour of serving time. We do not provide tables, covers  or chairs for your event. We can supply them for you at an additional cost, if  desired. We allow for one hour of serving time for the meal. Any additional time will be billed according to the amount of time requested and the amount of servers needed.

Breasts, Thighs, Drumsticks or Wings. Marinated in our special marinade, dry rubbed, slow smoked, then glazed with a tantalizing sauce of your choice Very tasty.

Hand rubbed, slow smoked and served sauced or plain.

  • An extra $30 fee will apply for Dutch Oven meals due to the extra cleaning time involved.
