Owner, barbecue and dutch oven enthusiast Mike Vicars started catering Dutch Oven meals in the summer of 2000 with a vision of creating Brigham City's ultimate dutch oven experience. Trained in the fine art of low and slow outdoor cooking by his family while hunting and camping in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains of Utah, Mike has spent his life creating delicious campfire meals.
The Tumbleweed BBQ Team brings this love and passion to every dish they create. Together with his beautiful wife, daughters and friends, they have competed and won awards in BBQ and Dutch Oven contests all over the state known as the Tumbleweed BBQ Team.
